PROJECT MANAGEMENT (EDucation, organisation)
I can research, plan, resource, promote and implement your educational, organisational projects or drop in and pick up where others left off. Here are a few examples of projects I have led:
‘I can confirm indeed that --- found it extremely positive and encouraging to her school work and her future chances at University to be involved in this AIM HIGHER project. She came back veritably BUZZING on the last day, after they had visited Southampton Solent, declaring that she had found her true calling and 'now wanted to go to University!'. We were thrilled by that and she really liked her mentor. So all very good things and a really useful exercise. Is it continuing?’

‘Through using various ‘tools’ and methodologies that Chris has passed on to me, I can now better understand and take action to meet the needs of myself and others without those involved having to suffer from the pain and fear of conflict, which is what I had experienced in the past. It’s great to have Chris’s constant support to remind me and embed these tools, so that I can permanently change my negative behaviour pattern. She is gentle and kind in her approach, with a clear vision of what needs to be achieved and how, while taking into account my needs throughout. Thank you Chris for empowering me and enabling me to improve the relationships in my life without fear!'

GARDENING, NATURAL BUILDING & Labouring
Low-impact wood: woodland management, horse logging with West Wales Horse Logging (video link), firewood prep.
Gardening, food growing and apple pruning. I leaned from my mother who was a keen permaculturist in the 90's and my grandmother who grew food in Uganda.
Low impact and natural building with Simon Dale at Lammas, at Landmatters Permaculture Co-operative creating an off-grid recording studio, at Tinkers Bubble and also with Sally Mareike retrofitting a bungalow with natural materials.
I can create living-willow arbours and sculptures; the creativity continues beyond my Fine Art degree.
